I have quite a few items I have chosen as "Favorites" lingering in my Etsy account. Pretty little things, that I don't really need, but for some reason they just call out to me, I am resisting the urge to splurge! {that was pretty lame, sorry}
I have been giving some thought to selling again on Etsy, I find the shipping to be very time consuming. For some reason I am just not good at packing things up, it takes me F O R E V E R...but I have things in my booth that I thought would fly out like hot cakes, such as two kitchen scales, a postal scale, metal baskets, cameras, old glass bottles, old tins and toolboxes and they are just sitting..
So I am thinking I need to open my Etsy store back up and add a few things, see how it goes...can you tell I am talking out loud, or more or less typing out loud my thoughts....these are the things I think about on a daily basis as I sit behind this desk, with a keyboard in front of me that is missing letters because I type so much they have rubbed off, I also wonder how long it will take for my legs to fall asleep if I sit in the same position behind this desk....
But you came to see pretty things, huh? Off we go, here are a few things I have tagged lately:
How cool is this?
I got some of this vintage wall paper to finish lining my kitchen drawers...love it!
The deer is cute too~
oh look that cute deer is following me...
My oldest punk stood on one of my hat boxes and smashed it, this one is calling my name as a replacement...love its shabbiness...
{gilly grey}
I am mildly obsessed with old pencil sharpeners as they remind me of elementary school...did I just date myself?
This little treasure just made me smile...very creative:
only mildly obsessed with old school chairs as well~
& in honor of Valentine's day...this sweet banner:
I could keep going but my foot officially just fell to sleep!
There you have it, my favorites and my thoughts for the day...
After all this I think Etsy will be up and running around mid April {same time this momma will quit her big girl job, ekkkk}...unless I can figure out how to not sleep...which is a far cry from being possible, I heart sleep a lot...
Happy Thursday & thanks for listening!
p.s. I am also mildly obsessed with this blog, she is so talented.

Oh yes, you need to sell again, you always had the coolest stuff!
XOXO,
Anne

Well, I personally would LOVE it if you re-opened your shop. And you wouldn't have to ship to me....I would just come pick it up. See? Easy! ;)
I love your picks. I recently bought an old French sifter on Etsy, and I use it to hold fruit in my kitchen. So much more interesting than a fruit bowl. Your picks are great. I love the hat box, desk, all of it!
Getting excited for you as you transition into a fun new stage of life. Still hoping to come see your little space, too!
xoxo

You always find the BEST stuff! I love all of these...and I have a little {thing} for pencil sharpeners, too. I was always the annoying girl asking everyone if I could sharpen their pencil for them! Lol!
I am soooo happy you will be selling on Etsy! I agree - the packing is my least favorite part! But it will be so worth it! You have such great taste, it is all going to fly out of the shop!
And you know, I was thinking...I think you should offer design services! Because of all the homes in blogland, yours is always my favorite! ;o)

Sooo many cute things!! I did a double take on the wall paper- I just sold a roll (from my booth) that was very similar but in an aqua and blue!

I don't know why but I always love it when people put those little plastic deers in their photos. So cute! I sort of do what you do only I save all of my wants in a little i photo folder. Usually i end up deleting a photo because I decide I don't need it. If an item stays for awhile then I decide to buy it. :) I also clicked on your blog link and I can see why you like it! What a pretty blog!
