7 Things~

Last week I was honored by my friend Tonya who writes this incredible blog called "letters for Lucas" which chronicles their life, for her son. So in order to accept this award {thank you Tonya}, which I most humbly will I need to tell you 7 things about me....

Oh lordy you must be so tired of hearing random useless facts about me, but here we go anyway:

1. I have the uncanny ability to be awkwardly quiet when you first meet me, and yet leave me out too late at night and I can be a firecracker, which when you put those two things together just means I am completely unstable.

2. I use way too many ziploc bags, I use the word shit way too often and I don't understand how on an hour walk with my dog, he can be pee on every thing in sight and still have some left right before I let him back in the gate to our home...I applaud his bladder control, in which I lack.

3. I have been to England, France, Hawaii and Mexico, I was left in Mexico once. End of Story.

4. I am fairly certain that if left up to the pool man to name our children he would have chosen, "Duncan Hines" or "31 Flavors" the man has a wicked sweet tooth.

5. I have great admiration for our soldiers, but I despise war.

6. If I could go anywhere for the day, I would fold myself up into my son's pocket and head to daycare with him, just to hear him laugh and chitter chatter about with the other kids...I am if nothing else a better version of myself when he is around.

7. I believe kindness is the most important act we can do in this world....those who lack kindness lack understanding and most important compassion for others..

Wait someone in the back of the room just let out a huge sigh and fell asleep...

Therefore I will not bore you anymore and you can go about your day knowing that I use way too many ziploc bags, I admire my dogs bladder control and if you meet me prepare to feel awkward at first but completely loved and showered with kindness by the end of our day!

There you have it "me" summed up in 7 things, pretty sad, huh?

Oh and don't worry, the pool man has no say as to what we name our kids...

He is much more unstable then me....hence the reason I have to keep him on a short leash...

I kid I kid....

Sort of!
